Boiled beets [chard], another way: they are served up well with mustard, a little oil, and vinegar.
Ingredients
- A large bundle of chard leaves
- 1 Tb olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt
Method
- Clean and boil the chard until cooked, then remove and strain in a colander.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then toss with the chard and serve.
