Boiled Chard

Boiled beets [chard], another way: they are served up well with mustard, a little oil, and vinegar.

Ingredients

  • A large bundle of chard leaves
  • 1 Tb olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt

Method

  1. Clean and boil the chard until cooked, then remove and strain in a colander.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then toss with the chard and serve.
